It was a really smooth experience. Finding the location was easy, even with heavy bags, which was a big relief. The drop-off process was quick and the staff handled everything efficiently, so I could go hands-free right away.

Everything was fine, no waiting, no problems, the person that assisted us was polite and smiling, he also did rember my face when we got back to collect our luggage.. and waited gently for me to find the email and the QR code, so the procedure would get completed in the correct way. Perfect

由於原先預訂的地點已關閉，我們被引導至此處。對於拖著行李箱的旅客來說，這實在幫不上什麼忙。我們最後花了 5 歐元搭計程車來到這個新地點。不過，抵達後店主態度非常友善且樂於助人，我們存放行李也完全沒有問題。

We were directed here as the original location booked was closed. Not very helpful when carrying suitcases. We ended up spending €5 on a taxi to this new venue. However when we got there the owner was very pleasant and helpful and we had no issues with storing our bags.
