위치를 찾기 어려웠고 공항 직원도 위치를 잘 알지 못했습니다. 온라인으로 결제했지만 재예약하지 않은 여러 명의 줄을 한 사람이 도와주는 동안 40~45분 동안 줄을 서서 기다렸습니다. 다시 가방을 찾으러 갔습니다. 직원 1명이 다른 사람들을 도와주는 동안 20분 동안 줄을 서서 기다림. 제 가방이 도착하자 직원은 바닥을 가로질러 저에게 가방을 끌고 왔습니다. 저는 60살이고 깨지기 쉬운 장비(노트북과 카메라 장비)가 들어있는 배낭을 메고 있어야 했습니다.

Location was difficult to find and airport workers not familiar with location either. Prepaid on line but waited 40-45 mins in line while 1 person was helping several people in lineages had not rebooked. Again on retrieval of bags. Waiting in line for 20 mins while 1 worker helping others. Once my bag got there she proceeded to drag it across the floor to me. I’m 60 years old and have to wear that backpack which included fragile equipment ( laptop and camera equipment) that you know was there

Very handy luggage lockers service close to Hayes and Harlington Railway Station. I needed a quick left luggage option before my flight and the drop-off took less than five minutes. Great left luggage spot close to Heathrow Express Train Station. The luggage storage drop-off was very quick, only a couple of minutes, and the staff were welcoming and helpful. I felt confident about the security of my bags while I explored the area hands-free. Definitely a better option than carrying everything around.
