No hubo ningún problema: dejamos nuestro equipaje en BASICMART, en Tottenham Court Road, sobre las 10 de la mañana y volvimos más tarde, a las 18:30, tal y como habíamos acordado, para recogerlo. Nos lo subieron a la tienda después de haberlo guardado en el sótano. El personal fue muy amable y no dudaría en volver a utilizar el servicio. Una opción sencilla para guardar el equipaje. Nos costó 13,50 £ por dos piezas, lo que incluía el seguro de Radical Storage (3,50 £), que no es opcional. Solo tened en cuenta que debéis intentar indicar una hora de recogida precisa, ya que recibí mensajes de texto con la opción de ampliar el tiempo por un coste adicional si iba a llegar más tarde de la hora especificada, así que quizá cobren más si recogéis el equipaje después de la hora acordada, ¿no estoy seguro?

No problems at all, we dropped off our luggage at BASICMART, Tottenham Court Road around 10am and returned later at 6.30pm as arranged to collect. It was brought up into the shop after being stored downstairs. Staff were very pleasant and I wouldn’t hesitate to use the service again. An easy option for storing luggage. It cost us £13.50 for two items which included Radical Storage insurance (£3.50) which isnt optional. Just be aware to try and put an accurate time for collection as I received texts with an option to extend it for a cost if I was going to be later than the specified time so perhaps they charge more if you collect after your agreed time, not sure?

Super easy and very friendly service! "If you're traveling through Euston, this is the best way to handle your luggage. The check-in was fast with a quick QR scan, and the people at the shop were lovely. My bags were kept safe while I explored the city for the afternoon. It’s a much better price than the official left luggage office, and the location is just a stone's throw from the platforms. 10/10 would use again
